March is just about here and that means spring will be coming soon, right?  I hope so, cause, not sure about you, but I am surely done with this freezing weather.

There is so much going on with our guild right now - the retreat is this month (so excited!!), the quilt show planning is coming along (busy, but fun!!), the bylaws are almost ready for voting on (important business), plus 3 more great programs being planned before the potluck!

I know we are all busy with our lives, but I want to remind everyone it takes all of use to help for our guild to be successful.  We have so many amazing people within our guild - smart, funny, creative, talented and always willing to help each other.  We need everyone to help make this guild the best it can be. Please consider helping with he Quilt Show committee (still have one lead position open) as well as head a committee for next year.  Remember, you never on your own - many are available to help you.

That is enough for now!

See you on the 8th!

Please join us at our next meeting.

Doors open at 6:30 pm - Committee members that need to be in a few minutes early for setup are being asked to be in for 6:20 pm. This will allow Membership to get set up as well as Hospitality, Program, and Library to get ready. Once Membership has their table ready, the doors will be open to the members!

When you arrive, you must sign in prior to heading to the meeting area. This is to ensure we have an accurate listing of who is in attendance (safety first!), and that guests are properly signed in and any paperwork and dues are processed. We are aiming to streamline the signing in process and have some sort of order while doing so.

Remember to bring:

  • Your reusable coffee mug

  • Show & Tell

  • Your Name Tag

The next meeting is March 8, 2018!

Visitors and guests are always welcome - you are friends we haven't met yet!

Doors open at 6:30 pm, meeting begins at 7:00 pm. For the December meeting, also bring a plate and cutlery.
